A Subjective Evaluation of A Nasal Dilator on Sleep & Snoring Scharf MB, Brannen DE, McDannold M Ear Nose Throat J 1994
Twenty subjects who had mild snoring were studied for two weeks. The first week was a baseline and during the second week they used Breathe Right® nasal strips.
Subjects and bedpartners evaluated the subject's snoring and sleep quality. The Breathe Right nasal strips reduced snoring by 34 percent and improved sleep quality by 22 percent. The subjects' daytime sleepiness was also reduced by 26 percent.
